A review of Sankaku Complex

In today's review, Fetish Dude is going to be spending a little time at a place by the name of SankakuComplex. I hate to toot my own horn, but I think it's safe to say that when it comes to reviews of anime porn sites, few people are able to match me in the quantity department. I've written up on dozens of hentai destinations and it's going to be an absolute joy to bring another one to you in this analysis. Now then: will the condition of SankakuComplex send it to the top of my list, or will it just be a mid-tier hub that fulfills a certain hentai niche? Let's get on over now and see what's going on: I'm keen to say the very least.

I think it's probably a good idea for me to include a little bit of information from the get go with regard to the purpose of Sankaku Complex. While it is certainly a place with lots of anime lewd happenings, it turns out that their primary focus isn't on content delivery, but on talking to you about news and other things regarding the community and general experience of anime and whatever else. They claim to cover anime, manga and games from Japan, so it's more of a documentary-type destination instead of one where you'd go immediately to jerk off. Some people may dislike this and want to check out another review I've written, but if you feel like having a daily spot to go for anime news and hentai updates, this is probably one of the best spots you'll find on the Internet right now. Pretty cool, right?

The game reviews on SankakuComplex

One of the big ticket items that brings people to SankakuComplex is their offering of game reviews, or rather, screenshots from various titles that they've checked out. It's quite clear to me that SankakuComplex is a labor of love, so everyone involved is doing so because they want to enjoy hentai and share that with the world. No complaints here, but I do understand that quite a few folks are probably going to be upset about this revelation. If you want to look just at the game-related material, hit the category right at the top of the page in order to see what they've got. Examples of news covered here includes FFVII remake sales coverage, Animal Crossing doujinshi and cosplay from various people who want to look like their favorite characters from games. The titles here can be a little crappy, but that's fine – I'd say most of them at least let you know what's going to be written about in the bulk of the text.

Anime coverage at SankakuComplex

You can also go to the anime coverage section, which is by far the part of SankakuComplex that is updated and managed the most, It's actually pretty crazy just how often new posts are made here: we're looking at around 7 new entries on a daily basis, even over a weekend period! Some of the posts you'll see include information on the cancelled anime expo of 2020, new figurines that you can jerk off over, previews from various series and that type of thing. It's quite interesting how they let a lot of different things come through, so you'll never really be sure what's going on or the posts they'll write. I did find that for many entries, there is a distinct lack of focus on actually writing and conveying information. A lot of the time, Sankaku Complex prefers to just let the images do the work. That's fine, because a lot of what hentai about is the visual experience, but I thought it was worth mentioning anyway, since a bunch of you might not be so keen on coming here if they're only going to plaster you with media and not much else.

Community on SankakuComplex

There is a forum here and it's actually quite well populated, so if you feel like going down the community route of anime, SankakuComplex might just be the destination for you. Various sections here include people sharing videos, talking about their waifus, documenting what they ate and talking about music from anime. I wouldn't describe it as the most active message board around, but it does get the job done and I don't think too many folks out there can complain about that. I would like them to perhaps change the design somewhat though – right now, I don't think that it's the best it could be. Some small changes would do a world of good for SankakuComplex and their forum offering. It feels a bit barebones, that's all.

Improvements for SankakuComplex

In the interests of balance, I do want to express some things that I think SankakuComplex could be doing a hell of a lot better. First of all, it would appear that they do really love to share images. That's fine, but they're always shown in a singular, scroll-down style that means the pages are ridiculously long – not perfect for the user experience. I'd like to see them switch over to a different approach, maybe with a lightbox or something else. Also, perhaps some series tags in an area, so if you are looking for details on a particular anime series, you can get it without struggling. Right now, it's far from perfect.

My final word on SankakuComplex 

Well folks – I think that's just about all I have time for in this review. Fetish Dude has had a fantastic time looking at SankakuComplex and I'm sure going forward, this place will be one of the hottest destinations around for people that want news and information on all things lewd anime and straight-up hentai.
