Looking at the developer blog, it would appear that they've added one new patch every 3 weeks for the last 6 months: it does show that they mean business, even if it is just fixing bugs and adding new languages.

I do recommend having headphones for Sex Simulator: not only will it keep your neighbors out of the loop, but this isn't a game that you're going to want to play on a silent mode. The reason why is pretty damn simple: the game sounds incredible and there are a lot of moans and groans that talented voice overs have added to this title.
