First thoughts of Cam4

When hitting the homepage of Cam4 for the first time, you'll be given the option to immediately pick between seeing female, male or transsexual webcams: you can also elect to see all three if you're a kinky person that loves all types of live sex experiences. I did the math shortly after arriving and was pleased to see just over 900 live performers available for entertainment on Cam4: just around average for a community such as this one.

Filtering on Cam4

Since I'm all about the best specialized content around, I figured it would be prudent to look at the filtering options you have on Cam4. If you hit the 'filter' button (it's orange and on the left-hand side of the homepage) you'll be presented with a number of different preferences that you can specify. These include country-based interests (Australia, India, France, etc.), languages spoken, body type, ethnicity and the type of show that they're offering. My only complaint here is that I cannot specify things such as MILF, teen, pregnant, dominatrix and so-on, although there are tags for these very specific niches which you can access separately, so I guess that's all good – especially since your filters will still stay applied!

The Cam 4 camming experience

After clicking on a show, you'll be transferred through to the live cam room of the lady (or gentleman) in question. Cam4 has a quality option available here, so if you want to see something in HD or would prefer to lower what's delivered to your PC, you can mess around with that easily. To put the streams to the test, I opened 15 random links and found that 12 of them had HD options – that is, 1080p or 720p streaming. Pretty good and honestly, a little higher than I was expecting. Cam4 is a popular cam site, but I didn't think they'd support full HD entertainment!

A final look at Cam4

Since a lot of what camming is about comes down to individual desires, I think that the tag and filtering systems here at Cam4 are pretty damn awesome. Stream quality is good and with close to 1,000 live performers, you really can't go wrong, right? For these reasons, Fetish Dude is going to give this platform his official endorsement.
